Do you love the healthy benefits and great taste of freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juice but tired of squeezing the juice by hand? Then it's definitely time to try an electric juicer. VEGETABLE COCKTAIL

Handful parsley

3 beet tops

2 stalks celery

4 carrots, greens removed

Bunch up parsley and beet tops, push through hopper with celery and carrots.

CANTALOUPE SHAKE

1/2 cantaloupe, with skin

Cut cantaloupe in strips and push through hopper.

VERY BERRY FREEZE

1 large bunch green grapes

1 large bunch red grapes

1 quart blueberries or blackberries.

Juice green grapes. Pour juice into ice cube tray and freeze. Push red grapes and berries through hopper and pour into tall glass. Add frozen grape ice cubes and enjoy.
